Seminar Faculty

Mr. Ned Kissinger, Managing Director – Financial Advisor, RBC Wealth Management, Baltimore, MD, conducts the seminars for the FEB and is the instructor for the financial and personal planning session (day two).  The CSRS & FERS benefits portion of the seminar is presented by a representative from Federal Employee Benefits Advocates, LLC.

These are in-depth seminars arranged for and sponsored by the Federal Executive Board as a continuing service for the education of federal employees and their spouses in preparation for a successful and well-deserved retirement. Seminar workbooks and training materials are included for all sessions.

The seminars are designed for employees at any stage of their career, however, those who are within 5 years of retirement should definitely plan to participate.  We recommend that new employees attend this seminar early in their career so that they will be able to carefully monitor & understand their retirement benefits and their future financial & personal planning considerations.

Federal employees need sound financial strategies today, more than ever before.  In straightforward language, this seminar explains time-tested strategies that help employees make informed financial or estate planning decisions. Whether your objective is to build a nest egg, protect your assets or preserve your lifestyle throughout retirement, this seminar will help you plan your future with confidence.
