Seminar Faculty

Mr. Ned Kissinger, VP, Kissinger Financial Services, Inc., Hunt Valley, MD, conducts the seminars for the FEB and is the instructor for the financial and personal planning session (day two).  The CSRS & FERS benefits portion of the seminar is presented by Mr. Terry Bolling, Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant, Federal Seminars & ChFEBC, Inc.

These in-depth seminars are arranged for and sponsored by the Federal Executive Board as a continuing service for the education of federal employees and their spouses in preparation for a successful and well-deserved retirement. Seminar workbooks and training materials are included for all sessions. The seminars are designed for employees at any stage of their career, however, those who are within 5 years of retirement should definitely plan to participate.  We recommend that new employees attend this seminar early in their career so that they will be able to carefully monitor & understand their retirement benefits and their financial & personal planning considerations.  Federal employees need sound financial strategies today, more than ever before.  In straightforward language, this seminar explains time-tested strategies that help employees make informed financial or estate planning decisions. Whether your objective is to build a nest egg, protect your assets or preserve your lifestyle throughout retirement, this seminar will help you plan your future with confidence.

No marketing of any financial product is made or permitted during the seminar. Private consultations are available by request.  Investment advisory services & securities are offered through Sanders Morris Harris, Inc, member FINRA/SIPC.
